At Jack Henry & Associates we deliver many detailed tasks for our Item Processing and Print Centers including but not limited to Billing, Audits, EUAC functions with the Federal Reserve, Coordination between new installs and CIG with IP and Print Center functions, CPI/Asset Based Increases for contract reviews and changes to the billing workbooks, Customer notifications via Everbridge, Changes to Polices, Procedures and Guidelines, as well as adherence to those changes and many other tasks to make our Centers run as smoothly and as seamless as possible.  Our role greatly depends on us to uphold and protect our Centers in daily operations as well, and to review and bring to the forefront any audit gaps that we might see.   

In order to be successful in this role, we require that you communicate well with each other and other Team members and aid each other as we have very aggressive deadlines throughout the year.  Our Team will travel at the most, 10-20% to other Centers to ensure they are streamlined and reviewed for audit purposes.  We hope you will join us.  We have a unique and rewarding Team that most JHA Associates didn’t know existed, but we are crucial in the daily operations of our Centers.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Manages communication and relationship between JHA and Internal Teams and services as the point of contact and escalation point for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service request.
  • Performs conflict billing resolutions between JHA and Internal Teams.
  • Participates in defining requirements for Billing and manages the process for each Item Processing Center that bills for JHA Customers.
  • Responsible for working with Team on many audits including Billing, Internal, Physical and Logical System and Facility, and any External Audits.
  • Contract Review for CPI/Asset Based Increases to customers billing and notifications as well as CPI/Increases changes to Billing Workbooks.
  • Conducts at least annual on-site visits to review Item Processing and Print Center Facilities for audit purposes.
  • Monitors call queues for IP CENTER ADMIN and resolves problem resolution.
  • Responsible for assisting less experienced peers. 
  • May perform other job duties as assigned (included on all postings).

What you’ll need to have:

  • 5 years experience in the financial industry.
  •  Working with customers and Internal Departments.

  • Has a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues as well as great multi-tasking skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and Team interaction skills.
  • Excellent 10 key and keyboard skills.
  • Able to prioritize.
