Jack Henry & Associates is currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing organization in our Charlotte, NC office.  This senor level role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and key influencer of the transformation going on in Marketing.   Our Senior Manager is responsible for managing the activities of all digital channels for the Marketing team.  We are looking for a digital marketing professional who is extremely well-versed in digital marketing, lead capture and nurturing best practices able to expertly grasp digital behavior trends, marketing and sales analytics.  

This Senior leadership role drives the strategy and execution of all digital marketing initiatives across JHA marketing, including marketing automation website management and analytics, social media strategy and content development.  This position also oversees content development, editorial calendar and site optimization for the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience of marketing or digital marketing experience, including SEO and Paid Search.
  • B2B marketing experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree. 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • Superior Knowledge Marketing Automation.
  • Superior knowledge B2B Marketing and/or  technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment.
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expert working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, HubSpot.
  • Able to lead in a virtual environment
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop best in class Digital Marketing strategies including marketing automation platform, methodology and infrastructure.
  • Drive growth and adoption of digital marketing for customer engagement outside of campaigns
  • Continual consultation with marketing and business groups across the enterprise focused on increased use of and value of marketing automation strategies
  • Analyze program performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of content, mix, frequency, etc. in order to meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Understand and manage customer segmentation and list management for the marketing teams
  • Maintain a marketing dashboard of key performance indicators that is automatically updated to reflect pipeline impact of current marketing activity
  • Update marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements dictate
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance and communicates results and insights to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales effectiveness teams to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
  • Measure the demand funnel for each stage and establish benchmarks and goals for ongoing performance improvement and share with key stakeholders and executives
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with colleagues and vendors to drive refinement or creation of required systems, workflows and business practice disciplines.
  • Attract and build out strong digital marketing team.
