Description & Requirements

Jack Henry & Associates seeks a Salesforce Administrator to improve and increase the productivity of our sales teams through automated solutions. Responsibilities include working within the Salesforce environment, onboarding and training users, ensuring data integrity, providing reports and dashboards, managing integrated apps and systems.

This a remote position within our sales team and can sit anywhere in the United States.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years working in sales, sales operations or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administration.
  • Salesforce Administration Certification.  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning UI.
  • Previous experience with gathering requirements and translating requirements.
  • Ability to train and engage with end users.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and organization skills.
  • Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with sensitive and confidential materials and maintain the materials’ sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Implements best practices for ease-of-use, system efficiency, and data integrity
  • Maintains system settings and parameters, provisions users
  • Provides reporting and dashboards for sales and executive management
  • Researches and recommends system enhancements and complementary technologies
  • Develops documentation and conducts user training
