Jack Henry, a leading software, solution, and technology innovator is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Commercial Finance Group. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a product line of Factoring & Commercial Finance while developing and managing a team of professionals within the sales channel focusing on a community based financial institutions within their sales division. This leadership focused role will be joining a team who is selling a best in class financial software product suite and looking to strive each and every day to grow the culture of the team they are joining.

As a core member of the Jack Henry Lending sales team you will work remotely from a home office, develop strategies, teams and assist to close sales opportunities with both new and existing commercial banks, credit unions and non-bank finance companies.  You will be expected to leverage relationships, conduct Virtual Meetings- phone presentations, utilize face-to-face calls when appropriate and develop various other creative approaches to assist the team to generate sales opportunities.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Self-motivated, responsible over-achiever with a robust contact list.
  • Actively prospect to C-Level members of banks, credit unions and non-bank finance companies to gain interest in our suite of products.
  • Maintain accurate contact management records of all activity in CRM system.
  • Meet sales quota per quarter.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as Salesforce.com
  • Develop strategies for attainment of new FI sales goals for Lending Solutions Suite of products
  • Customer Relationship / Sales Call meetings.
  • Develop policies, procedures and campaigns for the region.
  • Manage budget (income and expense) requirements.
  • Participate in sales management meetings.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role
  • 3+ years of sales management experience. 
  • 3+ years of Factoring or Commercial Finance experience. 
  • Experience selling to C-Level prospects and clients.
  • Required travel – up to 50%.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience at a factoring company or related commercial finance operation
  • Able to work with multiple parties to evaluate, document and propose options to situational challenges.
  • Innovative sales experience with a sales approach to drive volume and efficiency. 
  • Experience working within a deadline driven environment and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to network and team with both internal and outside sales organization for the benefit of meeting sales quota.
  • Professional demeanor, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as Salesforce.com, Saleslogix or Goldmine.
  • Fluent in modern technology platforms and comfortable with multiple social media applications.
