Description & Requirements

Jack Henry & Associates is looking for a team minded professional to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Proposal Analyst. You will be part of a fun team that is spread across the country that is critical to the success of Jack Henry & Associates. As a Proposal Analyst you will be working with the team to respond to Request for Proposals from new and existing clients in a timely manner. You will use your Jack Henry Knowledge and financial institution knowledge to answer questions about the organization and the products we provide. You will partner with sales executives, product demonstrators, and other subject matter experts to help win new business.

This position will be a remote position based in the United States.


  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a financial institution.
  • One year experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite formatting Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Jack Henry & Associates Product knowledge.


  • Develops, edits, and writes original proposals and other sales-related documents.
  • After receiving details from sales representatives, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by answering all questions, analyzing and summarizing costs, and providing additional information as requested by the customer.
  • Works with other departments such as sales, research and development, installation, and marketing in order to respond to RFPs and requests for information.
  • Responds to sales inquiries requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Communicates with sales on a regular basis.
  • May update the proposal system, including pricing, the status of the proposal, pertinent dates, and tracking.
  • Contributes to and may maintain and administrate the RFP database, which includes questions and answers for future proposals.
  • May review sales proposals for products and service opportunities.
