Our Print Production Assistants are essential to the successful delivery of bank statements and notices for our clients. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are critical to this role. This role will be mainly focused on client communication both over the phone and via email as to what is being printed. 

This position will work on-site at our Totowa NJ site.

The salary for this position will be in the range of $27600-$41400 set by the manager and based on experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with the clients with premium notices and special needs as it relates to printing issues.
  • Responsible for postage and metered mail and processing international mail. 
  • Performing quality control procedure of premium notices and statements. Verifying that files are for correct customer with correct data, and are in balance. 
  • Performing other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in general customer service with strong communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Must be able to stand/sit for extended hours and to lift 20-30 pounds as required.
  • Must have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a team environment.
