Enterprise Payment Solutions (EPS), provides our Payments Platform, ACH products and SmartPay Suite. Payment Solutions Services provides both level one and level two customer service for our Financial Institutions and Value-Added Reseller Partners. Our duties consist of customer support, implementation/installation services, customer education for our products, item and file processing services, and technical writing publications.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Attending and participating in development team sprint demos
  • Facilitating communication between the development and operations sides of the business
  • Distributing critical information and documentation to the operations teams
  • Project status reporting
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.  


What you’ll need to have:

  • 6 months of project management or professional services experience. 

What would be nice for you to have:      

  • Process-driven and task-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; including public speaking, writing, and active listening
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, quickly shift gears, and provide deliverables by assigned deadlines
  • Superior working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to communicate to both a technical and on-technical audience
  • Enthusiastic about the FinTech Industry
