The Consumer and Commercial Payments Product Management team is seeking a Manager for the Scrum Master team. This position will be responsible for leading the team of Scrum Masters that is responsible for the overall collaboration of our iPay and Payrailz platforms as they migrate to a singular platform. This position will be responsible for collaborating with the Agile COE and evangelize these practices, assisting with the budget, management coaching, and mentoring, and enhancing the team's skills. You will manage the activities of the Scrum team and ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. You will be accountable for removing impediments to the team to ensure a successful deliverance of product goals and increase the overall success of the team. This position can be worked remotely in the United States but must work a schedule that is in the Central or Eastern time zone.


What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Serves the Product Owner and Scrum Team in their pursuit to deliver value for the stakeholders.
  • Guide the Scrum Masters on Agile/Scrum Practices and how to get the most out of self-organization to fill gaps left in the Agile/Scrum Frameworks.
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
  • Remove impediments to progress and guide the team to remove impediments.
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
  • Facilitate completion of tasks and goals without coercion,
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Provide support and education to the Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog, while supporting the team by utilizing a servant leadership style and leading by example. 
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • First Level Scrum Master Certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, Product Management, or Product Owner role for a software development team that utilized Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing a team.
  • Agile Coaching experience.
