In this role, you will provide remote, on-site and on-line services to customers, company personnel, and third parties, including software upgrades and installations, special processing services, and the creation and development of new or more efficient techniques and procedures, providing increasingly useful services to our customers. This position is working with our FactoSoft program that supports the needs of factors who want to grow their market share and expand their horizons but need more monitoring tools and controls for greater product flexibility. It is a powerful, cost-effective solution capable of handling all aspects of the factoring business process in addition to borrowing base calculations in the ABL space.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Analyze Customer/Project requirements develop Scope of Work outlines and general time requirements for successful project completion.
  • Build a high level of related technical knowledge in the latest software for increased adoption of FactorSoft.
  • Create, implement and share procedures, techniques, tools and utilities for software and process improvement.
  • Build and maintain timely information relating to customer needs in pushing further adoption of FactorSoft.
  • Provide an interface among Development, Support, Quality Assurance and other Jack Henry departments to increase the efficiency of installing and supporting users.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 3 years of experience with FactorSoft.
  • Exceptional communication and presentations skills.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior sales experience
  • ABL Experience
  • Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels from everyday users to executives.
  • Strong proficiency with Zoom, teams, OneNote, and salesforce
