Description & Requirements

As an Inside Sales Executive for Jack Henry, positioning Full-Service Credit Card Processing Business opportunities, you will develop relationships with new banks and credit unions by leveraging relationships, Teams - phone presentations and other creative approaches.   In addition to your own prospecting efforts, leads are provided through territorial Account Executive partnerships, internal marketing, joint calling with other company divisions, strategic partnerships, and trade show opportunities.  You would be responsible for qualifying the leads before turning over to the Sales Executive.

This is a remote position and can be worked anywhere within the US.  Minimal travel required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful technology/banking sales or product installation experience with banks and credit unions.
  • Experience working with C-Level prospects and clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in card issuing sales experience, preferably to banks and credit unions.
  • A demonstrated proficiency in marketing and warm call lead and sales generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in speaking with high-level decision makers, preferably in the financial institution space.
  • Proficiency with contact management software, MS Office and other tools such as Salesforce.com.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Actively prospect to C-Level members of banks and credit unions, to gain interest in our Full-Service Credit Card offering.
  • Maintain accurate contact management records of all activity in CRM system
  • Meet quota levels.
  • Orchestrate and plan demonstrations and Teams/Zoom calls of the entire Full-Service Credit Card suite.
  • Lead full discovery sessions with a team of JH associates as needed with potential Credit Card prospects.
  • Work directly with our Implementation Team.
  • Provide support and assist CPS Sale Executives in the creation of proposals and contracts.
  •  Serve as liaison with our partner relationship for Merchant Processing.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as Salesforce.com and PeopleSoft.
