The ImageCenter Professional Services department oversees two functions, project implementation of the hosted software and education/consultation services. We are looking for a technical person with strong communication skillsets to join our team. This role is dedicated to onboarding ImageCenter Express projects involving installation, training, and providing onsite support during the client’s go-live week. Responsibilities include delivering training to technical and non-technical individuals so the ability to alternate and adjust communication styles is a must. Be an ambitious, self-directed and organized motivator who is well-versed working in various server environments, VDI, and experienced on topics related to software installations, QA testing processes, SQL databases, networking and server security and permissions.

The ideal candidate must be able to lead, take initiatives, work with strong personalities, follow directions and support defined objectives. Be able to understand all aspects of business needs and requirements as it relates to the financial industry and be capable in providing consultation services and direction to clients and internal team members. Ability to document processes and develop training manuals and other educational materials is a necessity. ImageCenter Professional Services is a structured, high producing, revenue generating department. This position will be filled to work Remotely within the United States.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company’s or a third-party’s hardware/software products. 
  • Participates in the development, testing, and installation of solutions for a customer environment.
  • Supports existing customer installations.
  • Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. 
  • Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. 
  • Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. 
  • Viewed by customers as a consultant. 
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in installation, implementation of software within a credit union environment.
  • 6 months of SQL database experience. 
  • Windows desktop support, Network security and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Project management experience. 
  • Training and consultation experience. 
  • Experience and knowledge with Jack Henry products: Symitar and Synergy, Banno Home Banking.
