Description & Requirements

The TS-Identity Management team is looking for an Identity Management Specialist to join our group. This position requires experience in system and information security as our team works to monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems and databases. Our team is also responsible for User ID Management for Multiple Domains and Access.

The IDM team members educate and communicate security requirements and procedures to users and new employees and must have a general knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the system and information security. The IDM team interacts daily with employees and must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

This position is based to work out of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO or Springfield, MO. 

  • Must have a minimum of 18 months of experience as a system administrator or systems analyst (experience with Cisco, Peoplesoft, Cherwell, VPN, new account set up and/or permissions) 
  • Must have experience with Active Directory.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Monitors, evaluates, and maintains systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems and databases.
  • Grants and maintains user access in systems, such as network, data center, product development, VPN, and applications.
  • Educates and communicates security requirements and procedures to all users and new employees.
  • Researches and tests changes to enhance systems security.
  • Analyzes access requests and work with users and management to create, grant, or maintain the appropriate system and application access according to policy and procedures.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves user access problems.
  • Completes Help Desk incidents assigned to the Identity Management provider group.
  • Implement procedures and policies for identity and access management.
  • Participates in on-call 24x7 support rotation.
  • Performs periodic access and security reports.
  • Performs testing, design, and access to new application environments.
