We’re seeking a Human Resources Administrator for the Human Resources Operations team that focuses on service delivery, HR analytics and analysis, policy and compliance, Associate engagement and recognition, and HR communications. This position directly interacts with Associates and business leaders and will administer HR programs, perform HR transactional tasks, assist the HR Centers of Excellence with projects and initiatives and drive continuous process improvement. This is a hybrid position located in Allen, Texas and has the flexibility to work remotely three days a week. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to provide general administrative assistance.
  • Administer HR related programs such as bereavement, recognition and service awards.
  • Process Associate transactions in the human capital management system. 
  • Develop and document HR processes.
  • Monitor immigration processes and expiring employment authorization documents.
  • Respond to employment and other types of verifications using established processes.
  • Complete unemployment claims. 
  • Respond to general Associate questions or concerns related to Human Resources.
  • Provide content for HR communications such as Associate and leader newsletters, business unit presentations, and HR programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of three years of HR experience, in HR Operations or supporting a HR functional area, is required.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • A knowledge of Associate onboarding and termination processes, immigration and I-9 regulations, leaves of absence and corporate Associate programs. 
  • HRIS knowledge and skills, preferably PeopleSoft, and experience performing various transactions within the system.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
