This position can be based remotely throughout the US, or in one of the following office locations – Charlotte, NC, Alpharetta, GA, or San Diego, CA.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborates and brainstorms with members of the creative team to develop strategic visual solutions.
  • Plans and executes creative deliverables across various media and channels, both in digital and print.
  • Collaborates with all functions of marketing to understand, outline, and concept creative executions. 
  • Assists with all steps in the design process from concept through production, following the corporate brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Works with outside vendors as necessary to coordinate print production, photo and video shoots, etc.
  • Works with other functions of marketing at all stages of a project including: brand and digital marketing specialists, event coordinators, project managers, web developers, copywriters, videographers, corporate communications specialists, etc.
  • Supports the sales process by developing presentations/templates.
  • Manages relationships with internal and external resources.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


What you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
  • Full working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop


What would be nice for you to have:

  • Familiarity with company products and services.
  • Excellent knowledge of design best practices, procedures, and trends.
  • Excellent foundational skills in typography and design composition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Sketch app
  • Experience working within project management software platforms (i.e. Workfront)
  • Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Able to participate in and facilitate group meetings. 
  • Experience collaborating with writers, developers and videographers.
