Have you ever wanted to sell an industry cutting edge product? How about one in an industry that ever changes like Fraud, Money Laundering or Terrorist financing? This position will be selling not only our existing Financial Crimes platform but also starting and learning our next generation platform currently being built! This will be selling some of the most cutting-edge Financial Crimes software in the industry! The right candidate will be speaking to current and prospective clients and nurturing those relationships to help them with heir Financial Crimes needs. It is fast paced but very detailed and rewarding work knowing you are helping institutions put bad people behind bars. If that sounds like you then this might be the right job for you!

This position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the US.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of financial crimes industry experience.
  • Previous experience in the banking or credit union industry required.
  • Average of 25% travel is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with Fraud, AML or the Banking Secrecy Act.
  • ACFE, ACAMS or ACFCS certifications.  
  • Good understanding of JHA products and services.
  • General knowledge of technology including systems, applications and banking practices.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid decision-making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels in the company and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for selling specific products and/or services to existing JHA client base.
  • Initiates contact via prospecting and cold calling within existing JHA customer base to sell products and/or services.
  • Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified accounts within a territory.
  • Demonstrates specialized product knowledge for a specific solution, thorough understanding of market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Utilizes JHA resources and tools to prepare and present proposals to clients.
  • Meets annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for accurate sales forecasting.
