Are you someone who enjoys outside maintenance while promoting an appropriate working environment for company personnel? If this sounds like you, then the Facilities Maintenance Specialist role might be perfect! Candidates for this position will be reporting to the Facilities Manager or Grounds Supervisor who will give direction on daily duties that will be focused mostly on grounds maintenance which can include; Mowing, trimming, landscaping, snow and ice removal, irrigation systems, lawn chemical applications, etc. There could be some exposure to building maintenance and repair and janitorial services. Ideal candidates will be self-starters, motivated and like working as part of a team.
There is great opportunity for career development within this team for the right individual. Working as part of the Corporate Facilities Group of 25 associates, this team manages the construction, physical operations, and maintenance of JHA offices and Data Centers. This local team of 11 employees is a mix of maintenance specialists and grounds specialists.
This position will be based to work out of the following Jack Henry Office locations: Monett, MO.
