We are seeking an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Application Support Analyst to join the team.   This team provides implementation services for ATM, debit, and credit card related products and services for financial institutions that interface into JH Card Processing Solutions. As an Application Support Analyst, you will work with various institutions, internal teams, and vendors to implement these products and services for our customers. This role is also responsible for key management working with encryption keys and encryption devices associated with debit and credit card transaction processing. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of encryption key management.

This is a fulltime hybrid position that must be worked from the Houston, TX area as it requires 2-3 days of in-office work. The rest of the week will be worked from home after training is complete. There will be occasional travel to several JH data centers in Texas and Missouri.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing our customers for installation onto CPS products and services, taking the customer through the installation process, and providing training or support to the customer post-installation.
  • Overseeing and preforming system set-up for customers within various databases and platforms.
  • Providing product support and guidance by answering questions on function, features, and usage of products. This support will be via email, calls, and/or virtual meetings.
  • Working in the Houston office several days a week to load, generate, and extract encryption keys for clients and vendors.
  • Communicating the customer’s needs and expectations to programmers, other team members, and team leaders.
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers throughout entire project.
  • Identifying and maintaining customer issues to ensure proper resolution.
  • Preparing training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) card processing experience.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills are needed, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and multiple projects at one time.  Requires self-motivation as you will be working from home several days a week.
  • The ability to clearly communicate expectations to clients.
  • Must be able to work in the Houston, TX office 2-3 days a week.
  • Must be able to travel up to 15%.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) card processing experience.
  • 2+ years of encryption key management experience.
  • Experience working with JH products.
