The Director of Consumer Marketing is a vital role in helping Jack Henry fulfil our purpose and mission of reducing the barriers to financial health.    This senior level role reports into Jack Henry’s award-winning Marketing organization and is a key leader on the Marketing Leadership team.  

This is a remote position and candidates can be based throughout the U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Sets the vision for the consumer and adoption marketing. 
  • Conducts research and gathers insights into the demographics, attitudes, and behaviors of target consumer audiences.    Is the audience owner of Consumers.  
  • Oversees the design and execution of comprehensive consumer and adoption marketing programs including a strategy, plan, and roadmap to optimize the adoption of capabilities and products by financial institutions and end consumers.
  • Directs the development of marketing strategies and implement programs across multiple digital channels including SEM, display media, social media, mobile, email and other innovative media channels to drive growth in adoption and consumer marketing. 
  • Works collaboratively with other directors and senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives for consumer and adoption marketing. 
  • May perform other duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience.  
  • Minimum of 5 years previous leadership experience required.

  • Passion for helping people of all ages improve their financial health.
  • Curious about consumer financial behavior and what drives their decisions.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing tools, technologies like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Able to understand different target audience and develop targeted campaigns for those audiences.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior knowledge of company products and services.
  • Understanding of content creation and management processes.
