Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Jack Henry & Associates, to participate in the design and implementation of digital marketing materials that promote our payment products and services.  This position is an integral part of our marketing team that will help us to reach subscriber growth and conversion though automated campaigns that drive engagement and generate revenue across our organization.   In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work directly with financial institutions to gain their support and drive execution of marketing programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and/or email marketing. 
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and/or Video Editing Software.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of HTML.
  • Possess an understanding of marketing concepts on acquisition, retention, and life-time value.
  • Ability to present to clients in person or via webinar in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to manage details of multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and proactively contributes ideas and solutions with little direction.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • General knowledge of technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the primary marketing support contact to financial institution clients to help them acquire and retain customers.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Jack Henry products (bill pay, digital banking and remote). deposit capture) and clearly and persuasively explain the benefits of our marketing programs to financial institutions.
  • Conduct weekly training sessions to educate financial institutions on our marketing materials and products.
  • Manage email campaigns on behalf of clients, including management of email lists, testing, and execution.
  • Handle calls and questions from our clients and internal teams about the marketing programs.
  • Provide recommendations on marketing optimization to increase the rate of product adoption and usage.
  • Assist in the preparation, creation, review and development coordination of digital and email marketing materials.
  • Monitor ongoing email campaigns to ensure proper execution of all scheduled events.
  • Provide key metrics for marketing campaigns, including open, clicks, conversion and profitability metrics.
  • Work with appropriate data sources or groups to create reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide analyses on the performance of adoption programs and provide recommendations to senior management.
