The Enterprise Integration & Services team is seeking a Developer Advocate to join their growing team! The Integration Technology Evangelist works directly with customers and partners to design solutions leveraging Jack Henry enterprise services.

In this role you will use your business and technology savvy to identify new markets and opportunities, empower developers to innovate new solutions and evangelize Jack Henry and Associate’s integration platforms and solutions. You will work directly with the most interesting and demanding customers to understand their requirements and turn them into reality. With your in-depth technical background, you will help customers understand how to improve their businesses using the right integrations and solutions.

This role is unique and juggles many different skills when providing education, project coordination, and technical and business analysis to third party, internal and external customers. This person will provide integration solution building with product groups. If you are a person that enjoys working on diverse projects, working with a development team on solutions, and enjoys business analysis tasks, this may be the right role for you.

This role can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or be remote from any US location.


  • Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in any combination of the following: product development, business analysis, technical sales, technical consulting, or work in the software industry.
  • Experience developing content for and/or presenting at conferences, user groups, or similar settings.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% for business meetings, partner engagements, and conferences.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with API management, microservices and integration solutions, customer challenges and best practices.
  • Experience as a technical product or program manager.
  • Experience in the financial or financial technology industry.
  • Experience with research and development.


  • Gain industry recognition and credibility as a regular attendee, panelist, and keynote speaker at meetups, technology conferences, trade shows and press events
  • Advocate for developers internally and craft narratives around new releases and features by working with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Write, curate and edit developer resources: tutorials, examples, guides, and documentation.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive adoption of company products and services
  • Create screencasts, white papers and tutorials about emerging technologies and industry developments
  • Maintain a strong and credible presence in social media channels relevant to developers
  • Work with worldwide counterparts to share best practices and help build a best-in-the-industry developer advocacy organization
  • Collaborate and cultivate trust with both the product and the developers.  Facilitate dialogue to drive achievement of objectives and a better developer experience.
  • Develop a process to solicit, gather, and organize feedback from both internal and external stakeholders to improve and extend the developer experience, product offering, and platform ecosystem.
