We are seeking a talented React UI Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience joining our team to build a leading edge, modernized smart digital payment solutions. This position participates in the technical design and implementation of new products or enhancements with system performance focus. Responsible for all phases of the development cycle: concept, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA and implementation.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Oversees the timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production.
- Defines or refines standards for the design and development of API and backend processes. Collaborates with developers, QA, operations, and management to provide technical direction in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Establishes and reviews business and technical requirements and overall project plans to define or refine standards, ensure adherence to standards, and to facilitate the transfer of knowledge throughout the development staff.
- Completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
- Performs system analysis and programming activities which require extensive research and analysis.
- Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application.
- Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Creates required test plan and technical documentation.
- Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
- Collaboratively works with team to create test automation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards. Oversees the definition and documentation of standards. Contributes to defining and improving department processes.
- Collaboratively works with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
- Performs release validation testing and beta support for projects.
- Researches problems and develops solutions to the problems. Takes part in daily stand-up meetings in an Agile development methodology.
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Architects, and other Software Engineers to translate designs to high-performing code.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering, or computer science.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in software development with 3+ years of API, database stored procedures development experience.
- Experience in API design, and stored procedures development
- Capable to analyze business requirements, design database changes, and develop quality API software.
- Collaborate with team to define test case, document test results and automate integration.
- Strong proficiency in relationtional database SQL development.
- Ability to diagnose API problems, root cause analysis and SQL performance and optimization.
- Understanding in database design and experience in writing SQL.

- Has broad expertise or unique knowledge and contributes to company objectives as a subject matter expert (SME). Works on highly complex and diverse projects. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.
- Substantial experience with AWS services
- Superior knowledge of the following areas:
- Technical knowledge in software development methodologies
- Domain and industry knowledge
- All phases of the development cycle including concept, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA and implementation
- Business issues as they impact overall project plans
- Able to demonstrate in-depth experience in the following skills:
- Software design and implementation
- Analysis and design at multiple-project/multiple environment level
- Research, analysis and problem resolution
- Communication and interpersonal
- Organizational and time management
- Recognized reference and central point for technical issues across groups and projects.
- Maintains and advances current knowledge of state-of-the-art and best practices.
- Able to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks while remaining flexible to changing requirements.
