What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Providing intentional planning and crafting of all Customer Experience communications. 
  • Connecting with the CX Management Team (CXMT) and identifying critical communication needs within the department, as well as communication needs between the 5 CX Operational teams (CXOTs). 
  • Developing, administering, and tracking communication plans, both current and future. 
  • Drafting messages that will be sent out to the business and JH customers. 
  • Partnering with department SMEs when process changes or updates are needed to be communicated. 

What you’ll need to have:

  • Enrolled at an accredited university or technical program with a graduation/completion date of December 2022 or May 2023. 
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 products. 
  • Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences. 
  • Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship. 

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or an MBA. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
  • Extremely detail oriented. 
  • Ability to communicate to different audiences; including: front line Associates, managers, executives, and JH customers. 
  • Basic understanding of the FinTech industry.
