What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Acts as the primary technical resource assigned to an integration project.
  • Configures and tests technical integrations, sets up initial customer environment.
  • Using knowledge of JSON, SQL, and web services, troubleshoots, and provides test results and payloads for partner or development team.
  • Using knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security, works with network engineers to establish connectivity with customers and partners, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Provides and explains best practices for API/SSO integration to partner or customer.
  • Maintains knowledge of API specifications and answers customer and partner technical questions as required.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of six years of experience in a fintech. 
What would be nice for you to have:
  • Developing professional expertise. Works on moderately to highly complex projects. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices. 
  • General knowledge of JHA product(s) supported and general knowledge of other products. 
  • General technical knowledge in the areas of applications, networks, and security. May require knowledge of enterprise applications. 
  • Financial services specifically payments experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of API/webservices, XML, SQL, and system integrations experience is preferred.
  • Able to identify and resolve technical and service issues.
