Are you someone who enjoys supporting internal employees and is customer service focused?  If so, the Cafeteria Attendant position might be perfect for you!  In this role, you will participate in large scale food preparation and service for the corporate Monett campus. You will also maintain the kitchen work area, utensils, and equipment in a clean orderly manner.  The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, experience in food service, and a passion to serve Jack Henry. 

This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office location: Monett, MO.

The target salary range for this position is $20,200 – $28,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for: 
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, heavy-duty cleanup, inventory of food and supplies, while providing backup for other areas of responsibility within the department. 
  • Portion and serve short order meals while in direct contact with employees and customers.
  • Prepare food for various stations everyday i.e., salad bar, grill, etc.
  • Perform dishwashing, deep cleaning, etc.
  • Carry out catering responsibilities during bank visits, corporate meetings, stockholder functions, and holiday events: food service, heaving lifting and cleanup.
  • Wear proper attire, safety equipment, and gloves.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.  
What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or in customer service.
  • Ability to work between the hours of 6:00 am- 3:30 pm with occasional evenings.
What would be nice for you to have:   
  • ServSafe Certification through Health Department.
  • Experience in the food service or catering industry.
