This position will lead an operational team of Business Intelligence developers and support personnel. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and will lead a team of approximately 5 associates. This role will directly responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Business Intelligence team and will need to be able to balance multiple high priority requests at one time.

This position will be filled to work Remotely within the United States.

The salary range for this position will be $125,000- $145,000 based on location and experience.


What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Plans and leads the analysis, design and development utilizing BI tools.
  • Oversees the definition and documentation of business and technical procedures.
  • Researches and implements new or improved methods, processes, tools, and systems.
  • Provides support for reports and dashboards using the appropriate BI toolsets.
  • Provides guidance on business analytics offerings.
  • Ensures all customer support issues are resolved.
  • Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget and within a high level of corporate quality standards.
  • Provides consistent leadership to each individual; sets objectives; reviews performance, produces career development plans, and addresses concerns.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse.
  • Previous experience in leadership of people within a management role.
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau and reporting services in an operational role, supporting enterprise level systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Strong TSQL skills.
  • Strong to excellent skills in Reporting Services.
  • Excellent knowledge of dimensional and relational modeling practices.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient to expert with MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests diligently and reactively within tight timeframes. 
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills. 
  • Commitment to the ethical use of data.
