Under moderate supervision, designs and develops solution architecture ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy and customers’ needs.

This position will be full-time hours (40 hours per week) and will be located at the Springfield, MO and/or Monett, MO office location. This position pays $22.00/hour and has a start date of June 5, 2023. The ten-week program will conclude on August 11, 2023.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Configure small, non-complex enterprise integration architecture (data, processing logic, presentation layer, etc.), ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy. Contributes to moderately complex architecture design.
  • Translates the customer’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for basic IT solutions and integrating architecture. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites, and typically measured by utilization (i.e., billable hours).
  • Assists in creating architecture documentation based on specifications.
  • Reviews solution architecture to discover any errors or confirm that the design meets required specifications.
  • Maintains an awareness and understanding of industry developments and provides ideas for innovation and improvement in order to maintain current service design’s value.
The team will be working with Microsoft O365 Applications, Project Management tool sets, SharePoint, and Tableau software; therefore, prior working knowledge of these applications is preferred.

What you’ll need to have:
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Management.
  • An identified graduation date of December 2023 or May 2024.
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week throughout the ten-week program with minimum absences throughout the ten-week program.
  • Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period without any sponsorship.
What would be nice for you to have:
  • Advanced business toll set skills including Microsoft 0355 Applications, Microsoft Project, Excel Project management tool sets and Sharepoint.
  • Working knowledge and/or previous experience and utilization of common project management methodology. 
  • Strong communicator (oral and written), with the ability to communicate to all levels of staff, clients, and management.
  • Highly motivated and works well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Developing professional expertise. Ability to work on non-complex to moderately complex projects.
