Jack Henry & Associates Card Processing Solutions team is seeking to hire an experienced Credit Card Implementation Business Analyst. Jack Henry & Associates’ Card Processing Solutions is a strategic component of JHA Payment Solutions that provides a comprehensive suite of ATM, debit, and credit card transaction processing as well as card and ATM management solutions that are fully integrated with core systems provided by Jack Henry Banking. Ideal candidates will have expert experience in credit card platform installs, as well as strong knowledge in documentation, compliance, and regulatory issues, with the ability to travel up to 30%. You will be able to work remotely from any location within the United States and depending on the experience that you bring can expect a salary in the range of $70,000-$90,000.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • You will be responsible for leading, installing, and implementing full-service credit card processing systems for JHA Clientele using established PMI project management methodologies.
  • This Business Analyst will define, document, and publish processes as it relates to the full- service credit card platform. Additionally, you will observe existing practices across multiple departments and teams with similar functions and looks for opportunities to optimize those practices and processes.
  • The Business Analyst will provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality for the credit card processing platform. You may deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • The Business Analyst must have 3 years of experience with MasterCard or Visa Credit Card Products/Processing in a financial institution.
  • The Business Analyst must have 3 years of experience with MasterCard or Visa Credit Card platform installations.
  • We are seeking individuals who are very detail orientated and organized professionals looking to step into an exciting opportunity at Jack Henry
  • Ideal candidates will have expert experience in credit card platform installs, as well as strong knowledge in documentation, compliance, and regulatory issues. 

What would be nice for you to have:                                         

  • Experience in the payment processing industry.
  • Credit Card processing conversion experience that requires migrating data from one platform to another.
  • Project Management Certifications such as the PMP or CAPM.
