We are excited to once again offer specialized training for individuals still developing their technical proficiencies through a coding school, Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, online certification(s), or technical program. At Jack Henry, apprentices partner with the industry’s best talent to produce highly visible results that impact the business and our customers. Apprentices will receive paid on the job training through mentorship and hands-on learning experiences that will build upon and expand their current technical skillset.

The Banno Infrastructure team is looking for a motivated and Mac-savvy individual to join the team. The focus of this opportunity is learning how to support the platforms that support the organization, such as: Mac and MacOS, JAMF, JIRA, G-Suite, Slack, and PagerDuty, among others.

This position will be filled out of our Springfield, MO – Blackman Road Office location. This position pays $20.00/hour. The work schedule is part-time (20-29 hours per week).

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Learning how to support a fleet of 250+ Macs used by the Banno product, development, and operations staff.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Must have basic understanding and working knowledge of MacOS.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Meet the legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship from Jack Henry.
