The JHA Banking Sales team is seeking a Product Demo Specialist that is a vital member of the sales team.  This position will work remotely and will be responsible for conducting demonstrations with prospective clients and existing customers. This position will provide on-site and online demonstrations of our core and complementary products and services to customers, company personnel, and third parties. You will showcase the creation and development of new or more efficient techniques and procedures, providing useful services to our customers.  This is a travel extensive role that is typically 3 or 4 days out of the week with minimal weekend travel. Compensation will include base pay and commission. 

This position can be based remotely throughout U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • 70%- Proficiently demonstrates system to current and potential customers and answers questions to system capabilities. Builds a high level of related technical knowledge in the latest software that may be used to further enhance the experience of the financial institutions. 
  • 20%- Continuously develops, suggests, implements new ideas for improving and enhancing product demonstration.
  • 5% - May be responsible for responding to, reviewing, and analyzing (RFPs) Requests for Proposals from prospective clients.
  • 5%- Attends, actively participates, and presents at conferences and trade shows. 
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.  

What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a financial institution or other financial services organization. 
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time for work engagements.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • 4-Year college degree.
  • Previous experience presenting to executive-level leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with a broad array of JHA products and their functions.
  • Ability to proficiently display software during onsite and virtual presentations using Zoom Teams, etc. 
  • Latitude of independent judgment, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
