This position is responsible for monitoring the video and access controls for the Birmingham, AL office.  
Asset Protection Administrator will be monitoring the video and access controls for the Birmingham, AL office.  The position will be also responsible for responding to alarms and validating and processing all visitors at the location. 

This position will be filled to work at our Birmingham, AL office, with the following schedule: Monday- Friday, 8.am-5pm. Federal holidays observed.

The target salary range for this position is between $29,700 – $37,000 depending on experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Monitor multiple corporate security systems including but not limited to CCTV/cameras, intrusion, fire, and BAS systems.
  • Create work orders for requests and tracks the work order to ensure a timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain electronic visitor processing system.  
  • Respond to requests for access.
  • May process daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • May conduct foot patrols of company property to maintain employee safety, identify potential hazards and unsecured openings.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in military, security, or law enforcement.
  • Experience in a customer service role. 
  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend a JHA meeting, training, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
