The Enterprise Integration team is looking to add an Application Engineer Supervisor to their group to help upgrade and maintain customer’s server systems and software. This position works afterhours, and the qualified candidate will need to be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with management and our customers as well as lead a team.

This position will work second shift 4.pm-1.am Monday- Friday CST. This person can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and supervising activities of a team of engineers that work release related task.
  • Responding to escalated customer issues directly. Performs remote customer work including design, installations, repairs, testing, upgrades and/or maintenance on technical products.
  • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and JHA software.
  • Acts as a second level troubleshooter on issues and will often work across product and organizational lines to achieve optimal resolution.
  • Serves as liaison between the company and customers.
  • Conveys customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff.
  • May provide ongoing application, network and security support including servers, firewalls, routers, active directories, etc.
  • Encouraging direct reports as they contribute to the collective JHA support knowledge using the KCS methodology.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have:

  • 3 years of experience as a Window Server Administrator.
  • 6 years of experience providing technical support in an IT related role.
  • 1 year of leadership experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a technical position.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT related field.
