The 4|sight Release Group is looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Applications Analyst. The Application Analyst is responsible for all aspects of upgrading 4|sight and Software applications for all of JH’s existing In-house customers. This includes the customer’s Staging/Validation and preparation of the customer’s system, the Upgrade, and post upgrade live day support. The analyst will need to have excellent communication skills and general knowledge of the financial industry will be helpful.  The 4|sight release team has very aggressive goals and deadlines to meet so the individual we are seeking must be a self-starter and willing to learn and continue to increase their knowledge of the JH products and how they work with each other.

This position will be filled to work Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $44,900-$55,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Provide remote or on-site software installation services.  Ensure software applications are installed and fully functional.
  • Prior to the installation, analyze the customers’ existing products and consults with customer to map current system to the JHA product.
  • Consult with customers to define parameters within the software application.
  • Train the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.
  • Communicate the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel.  
  • Notify appropriate personnel of any application issues.
  • Interact with Project Manager on various issues.
  • Mentor and provide training to employees.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.  
What you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role providing troubleshooting support within Microsoft environment (Helpdesk, Desktop and/or Network Support).
  • Experience working with Windows software platforms and operating systems, such as a combination of SQL, Windows Server 2012 and higher, Windows 10 and higher.
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday (Shift - 5:00PM to 2:00AM CST). The timeframe is based on a traditional 8-hour workday with a 1 hour lunch but the starting and ending times may vary due to customer start time requirements for the upgrades.
  • Ability to work days and weekends or change to days shifts depending on schedule.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 2 weekends per month and as many as 4 weekends per month as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to various JHA clients to provide onsite software upgrades (domestic travel).
