Our Credit Card Processing team is seeking an Advisory Technical Product Manager to join our team. This role will allow you to serve as a key contributor to internal and external clients. You will develop and maintain relationships with our financial internal full-service credit team, and our vendor partners PSCU and FISERV.  You will manage the strategy, planning, development, and operations of our Credit Card processing product. You will be responsible for product deliverables as it relates to strategic objectives and performance targets.  This position can be worked remotely from any location in the United States. 

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Designs, modifies, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the solution partners and negotiates with respect to timelines, requirements, and deliverable dates.
  • Manages all aspects of product ownership from conception through rollout through the ongoing product lifecycle. 
  • Tracks statistics of product adoption by customer base and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.
  • Ensures a smooth turnover to the implementation or support organizations that include planning, training, and handoff.
  • Establishes and interacts with the user community (e.g., focus groups, crowdsourcing, customer fact-finding, etc.)
  • Create, publish, and maintain the product vision/roadmap for assigned products
  • Participates in the rollout of marketing plans/campaigns.
  • Creates alpha and beta program definition and coordinates execution.
  • Advises on standard demonstrations (and occasional participation in customer demonstrations).
  • Assists with demonstration training to Sales.
  • Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
  • Ensures that products meet specifications and quality goals.
  • May assist less experienced peers.  May act as a team lead.
  • Work with system architects to understand architectural work.
  • Manage the program feature backlog.
  • Develop feature acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in release management and solution validation, and client satisfaction.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the implementation of Credit Card Processing Issuing services.
  • Project and or Product Management or Business Analysis experience.
  • The ability for overnight domestic travel up to 20% of the time. 
  • Results Oriented, with excellent prioritization and communication skills.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Processor-level experience with PSCU or similar card processing provider.
  • Experience working with multiple financial institutions directly and indirectly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize different job functions.
  • Vendor Management experience (such as: VISA, Mastercard, PSCU, FISERV, Ondot, etc.)
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to both internal and external audience. Including to large audiences and senior leadership.
