Jack Henry & Associates is currently seeking an Administrative Sales support Representative for the Administrative Sales Support Team.  In this role, your primary responsibility is assigning and directing requests for proposals and contracts based on territorial mapping within our internal CPQ system. YOu will be responsible for assisting sales representatives, sales support, and other internal departmental requests in creating and finalizing their opportunities.  This team of 3 works in a fast-paced environment to support a heavy workload and meet timely deadlines.

This position will only be available in our Monett, MO office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months experience in an administrative role. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work on problems of limited scope.  Able to follow defined procedures and practices with little deviation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and Adobe.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Highly organized in order to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and deal with multiple requests, at short notice; overall ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Data entry of contract and proposal requests into internal CPQ System.
  • Creates Opportunities and records.
  • Create confidentiality agreements.
  • Routes associated data to additional group SharePoint.
  • Coordinates internal and external activities required to ensure product delivery with high quality, low-cost products, and services.
  • Answers routine questions about products, services, and order status.
