Jack Henry & Associates is currently seeking an Administrative Sales Support Representative for the Administrative Sales Support team. You will be responsible for assisting sales representatives, sales support, and other internal departmental requests in creating and finalizing their sales agreements. This team of 6 works in a fast-paced environment to support a heavy workload and meet timely deadlines.

This role is only available onsite in the Monett, MO office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months experience in an administrative role. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work on problems of limited scope.  Able to follow defined procedures and practices with little deviation.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; previous experience with WORD, Outlook, and Adobe preferred.
  • Able to handle confidential information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides administrative support by preparing the information for contracts.
  • Creates contracts and handles customer inquiries.
  • Coordinates internal and external activities required to ensure product delivery with high quality, low-cost products, and services.
  • Processes signed license agreements and addendums.
  • Generates software, hardware, or information for contracts.
  • Maintains agreement records and prepares revisions to contract as requested by Sales Representative. 
  • Answers telephone, conveys messages and performs miscellaneous duties.
  • Answers routine questions about products, services, and order status.
