Description & Requirements

Jack Henry & Associates is currently seeking an Administrative Sales Support Representative for the Banking Sales Administration team. In this role, you will perform duties which include review of signed agreements, calculation of sales margin credit, identification of representatives to receive sales credit, and entry of sales margin information into our commission system. You will interact with sales representatives, management, and reference materials to gather the necessary information to complete assigned tasks.

 This role must work out of the Monett, MO office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months experience in an administrative role. 
  • Experience with budget and forecasting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work on problems of limited scope. Able to follow defined procedures and practices with little deviation.
  • General knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
  • Experience in basic accounting.
  • Able to handle confidential information and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Able to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Excel for mathematical calculations.
  • Intermediate math skills including the ability to work with fractions, percentages, and proration. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides administrative support by preparing information for contracts.
  • Creates contracts and handles customer inquiries.
  • Coordinates internal and external activities required to ensure product delivery with high quality, low cost products and services.
  • Processes signed license agreements and addendums.
  • Generates software, hardware, or information for contracts.
  • Answers telephone, conveys messages, and performs miscellaneous duties.
  • Answers routine questions about products, services, and order status.
