The RFP Admin is responsible for assisting the RFP team with the completion of RFP projects.  This person will be responsible for reading through RFP documents to identify response requirements and working with the RFP team to provide professional responses to clients and prospects. Duties include formatting and uploading documents to the Upland Qvidian system, assigning questions and documents to RFP writers, working with sales analyst to obtain project references, maintaining data in Salesforce and the RFP SharePoint, ensuring NDAs are in place on all projects, assisting the content managers with updating information and documents in the corporate library, and communicating with sales associates and other product groups on projects. The primary objective is to contribute to the ongoing sales efforts of the organization.

This position can be based remotely throughout the U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provides administrative support by preparing information for RFPs.
  • Works with RFP writers to deliver professional, timely RFP responses.
  • Works with Sales associates as needed during RFP process.
  • Work with Sales Enablement team to communicate reference requests.
  • Updates Salesforce Opportunities and RFP Factory SharePoint data in a timely manner to assist with reporting.
  • Aids with final RFP delivery to clients and consultants, including response formatting, updating of e-mail templates, and uploading final response to theHUB for the LiveSend link, etc.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 6 months experience in an administrative role. 

What would be nice for you to have:                                                         

  • Basic Salesforce knowledge.
  • Jack Henry experience or product knowledge.
  • Experience with using and creating custom styles in Word.
  • Experience with Excel formatting.
  • Learns to use professional concepts.  Works on problems of limited scope.  Follows defined procedures and practices with little deviation.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
