As an Accounts Payable Specialist I you will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices and expense vouchers for payment. Ensures invoices are paid within the terms of service.
This position will be based out of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO or Springfield, MO.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Prepares and processes accounts payable in a timely manner.
- Learns to generate routine balance records and reports and maintains files and accounting documentation.
- Assists other departments and vendors to resolve basic accounts payable issues.
- Assists with invoice entry, check runs, and daily cash transactions.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of account payable or banking experience.

- Bachelors Degree
