Accounting Client & Product Support Manager will join our Accounts Receivables & Client/Product support team responsible for contract management and billing analysis for our clients, CRMs, and Sales. As a leader, you will oversee the team’s efforts and maintain open and effective communication with business leaders and agents to promptly resolve issues and facilitate positive and productive relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to report findings to various levels of leadership using a variety of reporting formats. You will also have excellent Excel and system skills to report data, review proposed contracts, analyze business needs, and consider process improvements.
This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO or Springfield, MO.
The target salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000, based on location and experience.
